Mr. Mohammad Eanam Khan is the Head of Human Resources and Administration of the IL&FS Group. He has been associated with the Group since March 2003 and has played an important role in strengthening administrative and support functions across IL&FS Group companies - before taking this role in December 2024.

As Head of HR & Administration for the Group, Mr. Khan provides high-quality inputs across Human Resources, Administration and other corporate support functions. His role is integral to meeting the HR and Administrative requirements of the Group, during its ongoing Resolution process, ensuring continuity and operational stability across IL&FS and its Group companies.

With nearly four decades of professional experience, Mr. Khan possesses deep techno-commercial expertise at senior management levels, spanning business development, planning and development, commercial operations, quality management, property and facilities management. His broad-based experience and institutional knowledge continue to be instrumental in navigating the Group through complex transitional and restructuring phases.

Mr. Khan is a Marine Engineer by training and also holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, along with a Master's Diploma in Business Administration from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune. He is a Fellow Member of ISHRAE (Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers).

Prior to joining IL&FS, Mr. Khan served in the Defence Forces for approximately 19 years, during which he was deployed across various ships and shore-based establishments. This experience laid a strong foundation for his disciplined, process-driven approach and leadership in complex operating environments.
